"Villa Sous Bois" is a unique holiday house that hosts up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms spread over 3 floors, a huge outside area with a very large outdoor lounge to enjoy an appetizer in the sun with all the family and friends.
Perfectly located in front of the quiet "Pinède" the heart of Juan les Pins, you will be only 200 meters away from the beach. Guests will enjoy a swim spa to work out or relax, a nice lounge area with a shower and sun beds to make sure your summer tan is a perfect one.

The configuration and equipment in the house offers you all the necessary comfort for a perfect stay :

6 bedrooms, 4 beautiful bathrooms, a charming provencal kitchen and Air-conditioning in each room.
The gourmet kitchen includes , large induction and gaz cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and stemware.
